Laizhong Cui

Personal profile

Laizhong Cui is currently a associate professor and postgraduate director with the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, P.R. China. He also is associate head of Department of Network and Software Engineering and assistant director of Big Data Institute Shenzhen University. He received the BSc. degree from Jilin University, in 2007 and Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Tsinghua University, in 2012. He led a project of the National Natural Science Foundation, Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, Distinguished Young Talents in Higher Education of Guangdong and several Major Fundamental Research Project in the Science and Technology Plan of Shenzhen. He has published more than 30 academic papers and one textbook. His research interests include future internet architecture, big data analytic algorithm, content distribution, and computational intelligence.
